The Final Hour (The Homelanders) by Andrew Klavan
This is the fourth book in the Homelanders series. The main character is Charlie West. He has been found quilty of murdering his best friend but he can’t remember the last year of his life. He has no defense because he has no memory of it or his life. The story is full of flash backs like someone that is coming out of amnesia. He is running from everyone who is out to kill him; including prisoner gangs and guards.
This book is action packed. It really grabs your attention and the way it’s written makes you feel like you are living through everything with Charlie West. It’s really well written and very captivating. I found it a delight to read even though it was written for a younger crowd. While the story did not involve an abundance of Christianity, the book did have godly characteristics. To aim for a life lived with integrity and to do the right thing. God is leading him and directing him but in a background sort of way. But overall, I did find it well written and would recommend this book for teens and young adults.
I need to let anyone reading this review that I did receive this book free from Booksneeze.com. I did not have to write a positive review. The opinions written here and mine and mine alone. I am disclosing this in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's 16 CFR, Part 255
