Recently, I was shopping at my local Kroger and had I not clipped coupons I would have spent around $100. My total after my handful of coupons was only around $30. I sometimes feel embarrassed by the coupons but I love to get a such a savings. I guess the gentlemen behind me was impressed because he started asking me about where he should go to get coupons. I told him www.coupons.com because the majority of my coupons are from there. I wished I had more time because there are so many places to get them.
Many people will enter their zip code on coupons.com but my suggestion is ----don't be locked into just the one zip. They gear the results to what you can find locally but sometimes you end up missing out on great coupons. I noticed great deals in the 90210 and 66625 zip code most recently.
Keep an eye out to coupons that require you to use them at certain stores. Coupons with a store logo or with the words "redeem at" may be unusable at your local grocery store. However, if they state an item is "available at" a certain store, you can still use the coupon anywhere.
